At BIANCIA, we value your trust and are committed to delivering high-quality digital services and systems. To ensure clarity and fairness for both parties, please review our Refund & Payment Policy below.

1. Digital & Website Products
All digital and website build purchases (including Website in a Day projects or other once-off digital deliverables) are final.
Once a website or digital system has been designed, built, or delivered, no refunds, exchanges, or credits are available.
We take care to confirm your requirements during our onboarding and approval process to ensure you’re happy with the final product.

2. Service-Based Work (Retainers, System Builds, & AI Projects)
Payment Terms:
Full payment is required upfront for once-off projects (e.g., Build-A-Bot, short-term system setups, Website in a Day).
For ongoing retainers (Business Flow & Efficiency Partner packages), invoices are issued monthly.
Work will not commence until payment (or the first instalment of an agreed plan) has been received.

Change of Mind:
Refunds are not available for change of mind once work has begun or services have been booked.

Service Satisfaction:
While refunds are not offered, we are committed to collaboration and will work with you to achieve a result you’re satisfied with, within the agreed project scope.

3. Payment Plans
If you are on a payment plan:
A second automatic attempt will be made to process a failed payment.
If payment remains unsuccessful within 10 business days of the first failure, your account may be referred to a debt collection agency.
Any associated collection costs will be your responsibility.

4. Subscriptions & Third-Party Costs
Some projects require paid subscriptions or external tools (such as hosting, email, domain registration, CRM, or AI platform costs).
These are not included in service fees and remain the client’s responsibility to pay and maintain.

5. Project Timeframes & Booking Windows
For system setups and retainers, a minimum booking of 10 hours per month applies, with options up to 25 hours or more, depending on scope.
Short-term intensives (1–2 week projects) are available by arrangement and quoted individually.
Timelines depend on prompt client communication, access, and approvals.

6. Exceptions
Any exceptions to this policy must be agreed upon in writing prior to purchase or commencement of services.
