1. Digital ProductsAll purchases of digital products are final. Refunds, exchanges, or credits are not available once a digital product has been purchased and delivered.
2. Services- Payment Terms: Full payment is required in advance for all services, unless a written agreement for a payment plan has been established prior to commencement.
- Change of Mind: Refunds are not offered for change of mind once a service has been purchased.
- Service Satisfaction: While refunds are not available, we are committed to working closely with you to ensure you are satisfied with the services provided.
3. Payment PlansIn the event of a failed payment on a payment plan, a second attempt will be made to process your payment.
If payment is not successfully made within 10 business days of the initial failed attempt, your account may be referred to a debt collection agency, and you will be responsible for any additional fees incurred as part of the collection process.
4. ExceptionsAny exceptions to this policy must be agreed upon in writing before a purchase is completed.
5.Subscriptions Most products require a subscription which is the clients responsibility to pay for these are not included in the service fees.
